Caesarscreek Township House and Shelter House Use and Reservation Agreement

It is the intent of the Caesarscreek Township Board of Trustees, that this Shelter House be used and enjoyed by the residents of Caesarscreek Township, and that it be a source of community spirit and pride for many generations to come.  Therefore, in order to insure the Shelter house is used, cared for, and maintained properly, the following rules shall be employed.

Damages caused by misuse, or abuse of the Township House or Shelter House and its related equipment and facilities will be the responsibility of the contact person who reserves the facilities.

Rules of Use

  1. No alcoholic beverages, no drugs, no gambling, no fireworks
  2. Fires are permitted in grills and designated areas only
  3. Contact person who reserves the facilities responsible for any damages
  4. Key issued to Caesarscreek Township residents only
  5. Key returned immediately after use
  6. Cleaned to previous condition
  7. All Township Boards have priority of facility use

  • fill in your information in the boxes below the calendar
  • click the submit button
  • an email notice will be sent after the request has been reviewed
  • no fee for reservation, donations accepted to Caesarscreek Township, 2034 E. Spring Valley Paintersville Rd., Xenia, Ohio, 45385
